New Patient Registration

We are accepting new patient registrations.

To register you can either:

It is easier to register with your NHS number to hand. You can find your NHS number here: Find your NHS Number

You will be registered with the surgery and not a specific doctor (despite one of their names appearing on your new medical card when you receive it). Any doctor will be pleased to see you, or you may prefer to request a specific doctor; please ask reception. We will endeavour to accommodate your preferences; however, we wish to remind you that this may not always be possible.

Not in our catchment area?

You may still register with us under the NHS out-of-area registration arrangements. For further information, please see the NHS England guidance: <link: Choice of GP practice: Guidance on the new out of area patient registration arrangements>. Out-of-area registrations are reviewed individually, taking into account your location, care needs and whether it is practical and clinically appropriate for us to provide your care. For example, if you rely on frequent home visits, we may suggest you register with a GP located closer to your home.

Temporary Residents

If you are visiting the area temporarily and are not registered with a local GP, please visit our Temporary Resident page for information on how to access GP services during your stay.
